Who is behind Alphanatur?

Dominika

Founder and Professional Coach
Mind, behavior, emotions, coaching

I have completed my coaching education with an ICF-accredited coaching education provider, and I am currently deepening my knowledge at the PCC level.

My interests extend beyond coaching, as I also explore neuroscience, human behavior, emotions, stress, habits, relationships, and the process of personal change. I am particularly drawn to topics where scientific understanding of human beings meets everyday life.

Alphanatur was therefore not created as a space for quick fixes or grand promises.

It grew from a desire to create a space where we can understand people and their well-being in a more holistic way, with greater curiosity, less oversimplification, and above all, by distinguishing between what is supported by scientific evidence and what is simply a popular idea.

Amadeja Jeraj

MSc Pharmaceutical Engineering, Graz, Austria
Body, biology, genetics, hormones, physiological processes

Amadeja is interested in the human being as a whole – from the processes that take place within cells to how genetics, hormones, nutrition, and lifestyle affect the way our body functions.

Her professional background in pharmaceutical engineering provides her with a strong foundation for understanding biological and physiological processes that often lie behind the questions we ask ourselves in everyday life.

At Alphanatur, she contributes to researching and developing content related to how the human body functions, genetics, hormones, nutrition, and other areas where understanding health requires connecting different aspects of the human experience.

Her role is primarily to help make complex biological processes easier to understand while maintaining the professional context and distinguishing between what we know and what research is still exploring.

At Alphanatur, we bring together two perspectives on the human being: an understanding of the mind, behavior, and personal change, and an understanding of the biological processes that take place in the body.

Our Approach

We strive to create content based on scientific evidence, critical evaluation of information, and responsible communication. When preparing our articles, we draw on current scientific literature, research studies, and recognized international sources. We pay particular attention to the quality of evidence, research methodology, and clearly distinguishing between established scientific knowledge, promising areas of research, and fields where the evidence is not yet sufficiently robust.

When exploring individual topics, we are interested not only in symptoms or current trends, but above all in understanding the biological, psychological, and behavioral mechanisms that influence our health and well-being.

Our goal is to present complex topics in a clear, practical, and useful way without losing the important professional context.
